Construction Management at Landcor Companies

Construction Management, LandCor’s third service, will be used to erect projects from ground up, then used to maintain projects and complete leaseholds. LandCor’s management has been at the forefront of the demolition, construction, and remodeling phases of many projects. In addition, this service will be offered to clients not involved in the other service areas of LandCor. This will be done to augment revenue, and to keep abreast of developments within the construction arena. In the roll as construction manager, we will work with clients to define their project requirements, enlist architectural and engineering professionals as necessary to complete a plan and develop the scope of the project. We will then shop the sub-contract market to price the work and products of each trade as required to complete the project. Then LandCor will assist the client in final selection and execution of the project. LandCor will charge fees as outlined in the financial section of this plan, with all fees to be done on a cost plus basis.
